What the English paper covers
The transfer test English paper is built on the Key Stage 2 curriculum and focuses on a few clear areas. The topics your child will practise

How to help at home
Reading together is the single most useful thing you can do. Pick books your child enjoys, then talk about them. Ask what a word means from the way it is used, why a character did something, and what might happen next.
